Susannah joined Hermes
in November 2004 and is principally involved in the strategy
and performance analysis for indirect vehicles managed by
Hermes Real Estate. This includes reviewing the performance
of individual assets and assisting the Fund Manager with buy/sell
options on a property and fund and performance basis. Previously,
she was a Principal Surveyor at Donaldsons within the Corporate
Real Estate and has qualified as a surveyor in Australia.
