| Geoff has been an independent
director of the X-Leisure General Partner Limited since his
appointment in June 2005. He was the property fund manager
of the Shell UK pension fund from 1991 to May 2005. In this
role Geoff was responsible for the investment performance
and management of the property portfolio. He has been a property
professional since 1968 and, prior to joining Shell, worked
in private practice, for a major UK institution, and as a
director at Allied Dunbar (now Threadneedle) responsible for
property strategy, sales and purchases for their life and
pension funds.
